Sunrise Muffins
Today I went to Whole Foods and found the most delicious fresh strawberries! I was inspired to bake some muffins. I made gluten free muffins with fresh strawberries, moistened with strawberry nectar, pineapple nectar, and heavy cream, and brushed with honey butter. They are SO yummy! I am quite pleased.
I'm very happy with these photos, by the way. If, perhaps, you are too, and would like a desktop wallpaper of these muffins, I have uploaded a couple of them here: one and two.

You are right, the photos are lovely. The muffins seem a little over the top!

Maybe so, but they are delicious. :P
I haven’t baked anything in a while, so I was pretty excited. lol.

I made flourless peanut butter cookies again the other day. 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Sooo simple. You dont even have to mix the sugars if you dont want to!

Yeah, that’s what I normally do for peanut butter cookies, only I just use white sugar. I bet the brown sugar makes them more chewy though. I’ll try that next time. :O

You know, these muffins may seem “over the top” but I assure you they are the BEST gluten-free muffins I have ever tasted. :O
