Kelley works as a GIS (geographic information systems) professional by day, and an aspiring baker by night. Her pursuit of knowledge is ever-expanding and includes areas such as programming, geology, history, mythology, nutrition, food science, design, fine arts, photography, baking, and cooking.
She has a soft spot for animals, a fascination with the unusual, and a love for odd combinations. Because of her experience with Celiac Disease and Candida, she has a passion for cooking and baking that caters to food allergies, but still tastes good, and uses high quality, whole ingredients. If you are a good fingerstyle guitarist she will probably love you, and if you know how to use proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and pronunciation she will probably be endeared to you for life. She has a tendency to use what Kim refers to as “unnecessary commas” but she doesn’t care.
To find Kelley elsewhere, you might try looking on Etsy or Flickr or Gluten-Free Faces.
